Legal notice

Who operates this service, and how to reach them in writing.

Pidgeon is a product of PCN Labs OÜ. This page carries the details that Estonian and EU law require a service to publish, and the addresses that reach a person rather than a queue.

1. The operator

Legal namePCN Labs OÜ
Legal formOsaühing — an Estonian private limited company
Registry code17037148
Registered officeTornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia
RegisterEstonian Commercial Register (e-Business Register)
Management boardPatrick de Castro Neuhaus
VAT numberNot yet published here — see below

The VAT line is blank because we will not guess at it. If PCN Labs OÜ is registered for VAT, the number belongs in that row; until somebody has confirmed it against the register it stays empty rather than plausible. Invoices, if you have one from us, carry whatever is correct at the time they were issued.

2. How to reach us

Email us, obviously. We host email; a contact form would be a strange thing to put between you and us.

The management board member can be reached directly at patrick@pidgeon.ai.

Post reaches us at the registered office above. Service of formal process is accepted there and, where the law allows it, at legal@pidgeon.ai.

3. Responsibility for content

The pages under pidgeon.ai — this site, the documentation and the marketing — are ours, and PCN Labs OÜ is responsible for them.

The mail held in an account is not. It belongs to the account holder, we do not review it, and we are an intermediary in respect of it within the meaning of Articles 4 to 6 of the Digital Services Act and §§ 8 to 11 of the Estonian Information Society Services Act. What we do when mail or an account is reported to us is set out in the acceptable use policy.

Where this site links to somebody else’s, their content is theirs. We check a link when we add it and cannot keep checking it afterwards.

4. Where the data lives

Mail, attachments and account records are held in the European Union, with two named exceptions that the subprocessor list spells out rather than averages away. The privacy policy says what is stored, on what basis, and for how long.

5. Supervision and dispute resolution

As an information society service established in Estonia, we are supervised by the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet), Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn.

For data protection, the competent authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn — aki.ee. If you are in another EU or EEA country you may complain to your own national authority instead.

We are not bound to use an alternative dispute resolution body, and we do not currently commit to one. A consumer in Estonia may nonetheless bring a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the authority above; a consumer elsewhere in the EU may use whatever body is competent where they live. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform is not listed here because it was shut down in July 2025 and a link to it would be a link to nothing.
